2 UA golfers named to All-Pac-10 teams

Arizona golfers Andy Barnes and Derek Gillespie were named to the All-Pacific 10 Conference men's golf team this week.
Gillespie, a junior, was named to the second team, while Barnes, a senior, was named to the honorable mention squad.
Gillespie has the Wildcats' best stroke average (73.03) and has finished in the top 20 five times this year in 10 outings.
Barnes has twice finished in the top 10 this year at tournaments and had a stroke average of 73.85.
The Wildcats are still waiting to hear if they get to play in the NCAA West Regional May 20-22, which will be held in Tucson at the Omni National Resort. Seedings will be announced May 11.
