Hot and bothered on the boulevard (photo)

Jennifer Holmes Arizona Daily Wildcat Two unidentified firefighters put out the smoldering remnants of a car fire yesterday evening at North Park Avenue and Speedway Boulevard. The fire occurred after the driver, Joe Scalia, a Pima Community College student, rear-ended the back of a meat truck. Neither of the drivers were injured, but the accident caused a backup for commuters.
