Women's tennis swept in LA

The Arizona women's tennis team lost both matches in Los Angeles this weekend, falling to No. 28 UCLA Friday 7-2 and to No. 13 Southern Cal Saturday 6-1.
The No. 24 Wildcats are now 0-2 in the Pacific 10 Conference, 2-3 overall.
Carly Stringer picked up one of Arizona's two victories Friday, defeating the Bruins' Rochelle Raiss 6-3, 3-6, 6-0. Laresa Marino won a non-counting exhibition match against UCLA's Jennifer Donahue 6-2, 6-1.
Marino and Stringer teamed up in doubles to defeat Raiss and Brandi Freudenberg 8-4.
Against the Trojans, only Vanessa Abel picked up a win, defeating Krissy Hamilton-Heinberg 6-2, 6-7, 6-4.
