The San Xavier Del Bac Mission, also known as the "Dove of the Desert," is located in the San Xavier District of the Tohono O'odham Reservation. The Mission was founded by
Father Eusebio Francisco Kino in 1700 and has gone through many changes since work first began at the mission and has currently received years of restoration.
The mission has a small museum that visitors can pass through to find out about the church. Everyone is also invited to look inside the church and the surrounding area.
