Robert Frye's letter ("Shutdown sign of GOP failure to do job," Nov. 28) was a brilliant, not to mention appropriate, response to John Keisling's editorial. Keisling has disgraced the pages of the Wildcat for too long, and I applaud Professor Frye for articulating his inadequacies.
The fact that Congress' own posturing caused a shutdown of the federal government is bad enough without some fool like Keisling applauding the inept jokers for what they did not do. I hope that John Keisling will sign up for one of Professor Frye's classes Ÿ Life 101, maybe.
