A student called police April 19 after she received harassing e-mails, police reports stated.

University police went to the student's residence that afternoon at Coronado dorm, 822 E. Fifth St. She told officers she got a message from someone named "Cal" on April 18 at 11:49 p.m.

The message said "it's about that time!" and that "it" was going to be "scary," reports stated. The student told officers "Cal" had begun to harass her in the beginning of the semester.

At 3:55 p.m., the student called police and said "Cal" had written to her again. The letter said "Did you really think that police officer could help you?"

"Cal" reportedly asked the student if she was worried yet and stated she should be, reports stated.

Police plan to investigate the situation.

A student called police Monday afternoon because her roommate reportedly refused to give back her parking permit, police reports stated.

The student said she left the permit in her roommate's vehicle on Thursday.

She said her roommate refused to return the permit, reports stated. She added that they have been having problems getting along.

The student reported the permit lost to Parking and Transportation Services.

At 5 p.m., the same officer received a call from a parking employee about a reportedly lost permit inside a white Honda Accord.

The Accord was parked in a UA lot on East Second Street and North Park Avenue.

The officer arrived at the lot and met with the car's owner and a Parking and Transportation Services employee. The student received a ticket for displaying a permit that was not hers and the car was booted, reports stated.

The student told officers she tried to return the permit to her roommate, reports stated. Officers then took the permit from the student.

At 6:30 p.m., the student who received the parking ticket went to UAPD headquarters and told police she was having problems with her roommate and her roommate's friends.

She added that they had threatened to "beat her up," reports stated. The roommate told police she planned to stay with a friend.

Police arrested a student on suspicion of theft of services Monday after someone else's permit was found in her car, police reports stated.

A Parking and Transportation Services employee found the Zone One permit in Ladoris Mouldin's 1993 white Geo Tracker.

Mouldin, 18, told police she found the permit in November in a parking lot south of Apache-Santa Cruz Residence Hall, 1440 E. 5th St., and began using it in January.

When Mouldin, a resident of Corleone dorm, 1330 N. Park Ave., brought the permit to Parking and Transportation Services, it was reportedly scratched.

Parking officials said the permit was in good condition that morning.

Mouldin told police she dropped the permit and stepped on it while removing it from her car, reports stated.

Police cited and released her.

An employee called police Monday morning after he found damage to a UA building.

The employee told officers windows in the UA warehouse, located at 1145 S. Warren, were cracked.

He found the damage at 4:20 a.m. and said the building was not damaged on Friday.

The windows were on the south side of the building and police found several rocks in the area.
