The Arizona women's tennis team was swept in two home matches over the weekend by UCLA and USC.
The Wildcats and Bruins split the six singles matches on Saturday afternoon, meaning the final point in the match would go to the team that won two of three doubles matches. UCLA swept all three doubles matches to secure the final point and escape with a 4-3 victory.
Junior Sophie Regnier, junior Laresa Marino and freshman Perrine Pernin won their singles matches for the Wildcats.
Friday, USC defeated the Wildcats 5-2 as the Trojans opened strong by winning four of the singles matches. Marino and senior Joanna Buczkowska were the only winners for Arizona.
The Wildcats return to action March 31 against Tulsa.
