If you haven't been following the construction signs, you may have missed the grand opening of the new UofA bookstore. The bookstore is extending their grand opening sales this week for their official "Grand Opening Celebration." There will be special author appearances, door prizes, contests and more. It is often hard for students to think about their own mortality, but UA sorority Alpha Phi Omega brings this often gloomy subject to the Mall today with their Second Annual Organ Donor drive. Sorority members will be passing out donor cards and information on organ donor between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. through Wednesday. Explore the sky and what it has to offer at tonight's Steward Observatory Public Evening lecture at 7:30. Tonight's topic is "More Astronomy in our Philosophy" and will focus on modern day applications of the science of the stars.
