With U2 ticket prices ranging from $45 to $130, some UA students think the price is too high. Many devout fans will remember a time when the band offered reasonable ticket prices for the general public.

The Wildcat asked UA students, "What do you think of the ticket prices for the upcoming U2 concert?"

(STRIPED SHIRT)

"I wouldn't pay to see U2 now - but maybe before the band became glam rock."

-Porter McDonald, studio arts senior

(BLACK SHIRT)

"Too expensive."

-Lucas Conley, creative writing senior

(RED SHIRT)

"I think high ticket prices aren't good because those that want to enjoy the music can't afford it."

-Angela Luciano, psychology freshman

(BLUE SHIRT)

"It's too bad - they are a great band, and the price of the tickets prevented me from going."

-Allison Wilhelm, molecular and cellular biology sophomore

(TURQUOISE TOP)

"I would probably go if it was in Tucson and less expensive."

-Lisa Leavell, education sophomore
