The soon-to-be graduates of the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering program will demonstrate their acquired skills with a showing of 24 senior design projects. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. today in the Integrated Learning Center courtyard in front of the Main Library, anyone can stop by and check out the fruits of much hard labor. The Center for Middle Eastern Studies will hold its weekly open house today from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Franklin building, Room 202H. Coffee, tea and other refreshments will accompany Middle Eastern music to set the atmosphere for intelligent conversation. Anyone is welcome to attend. Phi Beta Sigma and Alpha Alpha Epsilon fraternities present ćWords from the Soul: Open Mic Poetry Readingä at 6:15 p.m. Readings begin at 7:15 p.m. Everyone will meet in the Martin Luther King Jr. building, Room 100. Time is running out, especially if you are a senior. Heading over to Crowder Hall to see the UA School of Music and Danceās Jazz Combo Recital is an experience that, if missed, you would soon regret. What if one or all of the participants goes on to become famous? If you miss the show, you canāt tell your friends you saw them before the glitz and glam. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Complex. Tickets cost $10 for the general public, $8 for UA employees and senior citizens and $4 for students.
