Be-bop your way over to the Park Student Union for a night of "Fuzzy Jazz." This free jazz performance combines the traditional jazz sounds of Charlie Parker with up-beat funky tunes inspired by Stevie Wonder, Jamiroquai and George Benson. Sing and tap the night away from 9 to 10:30 p.m., with other students and faculty who appreciate modern jazz techniques flavored with fresh sounds and beats. Refreshments will be served. The author of "Skirts and Slacks," W.S. DiPiero, dresses up for an evening of literary pleasure at tonight's Poetry Center Reading Series. Flown in from his native San Francisco, DiPiero will read excerpts from his most recent works, "Out of Eden" and "Memory and Enthusiasm" in the Modern Languages auditorium at 8 p.m. A small informal reception will follow, giving students a chance to speak with the author. If your nighttime mental movies have left you confused, then today's workshop on "The Role of Dreams in Forgiveness Work" is for you. Robert Johnson will present his dream interpretation model from 7 to 9 p.m., in the Duval Auditorium at the University Medical Center.
