A teenage student who passed out in the Student Union Memorial Center early Thursday morning was arrested on charges of underage drinking, reports stated.

Officers responded to a restaurant in the basement of the Union at 1303 E. University Blvd., where they found the student passed out at a table, reports stated.

Officers immediately noticed the scent of alcohol on the 18-year-old's breath. The student told officers that he drank four beers, reports stated.

After reading him his rights, officers found two IDs, one of which said he was five years older than he really was. The student also had a large green bag that contained six cans of beer and nearly a full liter of vodka, report stated.

The student threw out the bag's contents, and police cited him for being a minor in possession of alcohol and for possessing a fake ID. He was released at the scene, reports stated.

A student's $180 parking pass was stolen Wednesday from his vehicle in a campus lot, reports stated.

The student told police he parked his 1997 Jeep Wrangler in a Zone 1 lot at 1151 N. Vine Ave., around 7:30 a.m. When he returned around 5:30 p.m., his parking pass was gone, reports stated.

There were no signs of forced entry. The student told police he believed the suspect entered the vehicle through the Jeep's soft top. Police were unable to lift any fingerprints, reports stated.

The student also told police he contacted Parking and Transportation Services.

Police do not have any suspects or witnesses at this time.

Officers contacted a student's roommate Thursday, when they tried to follow up on an incident the student reported earlier in the week.

The student originally called UAPD because a man was following and verbally harassing her as she walked to class, reports stated.

On the date that she called police, the student said she had to go to class, but would call officers back later in the afternoon. She did not call, so police tried to call her a few times during the week and left messages on her voicemail, reports stated.

When the student's roommate answered the phone, she informed the officer that the Tucson Police Department came to their off-campus house the night of the incident, reports stated.

Police did not find the man who allegedly followed the student, although they pursued him on a foot-bike chase across campus, reports stated.

Police first spotted the man entering the Forbes building, 1140 E. South Campus Drive, but then he left.

He was then spotted heading toward the Math building, 617 N. Santa Rita Ave. Officers surrounded the building and searched it, but they were initially unable to find the subject, reports stated.

Officers then saw the man get on a blue bicycle and start to ride away. An officer told him to stop, but the man kept riding. Officers positioned around the Biological Sciences West building, 1041 E. Lowell St., missed the man, reports stated.

UAPD had no further available information.

A student reported $400 worth of equipment stolen from her SUV, Wednesday, reports stated.

The student told she parked her 1998 silver Lincoln Navigator in a lot at 822 E. Fifth Street on March 31, around 9:30 p.m. The next day, at approximately the same time, she was driving the car and noticed that her stereo did not sound the same. She looked in the back of her car, and saw that her 12-inch subwoofers and box were missing.

Police found no signs of forced entry on the vehicle, reports stated.

They do not have any suspects.
