Arizona takes on North Texas tomorrow, but the Wildcats shouldn't be blamed if they're looking ahead just a little.

The Mean Green (1-3) represent the final non-conference opponent for UA before welcoming öö in a sense of the word öö Oregon next weekend to kick off conference play.

Arizona (2-1) is reeling after being routed by Wisconsin on the road last Saturday 31-10 and losing the team's best cornerback, junior Michael Jolivette, to a knee injury for at least the next two months. [Read article]

photo Wildcats take on rejuvenated Sun Devils

When Arizona State and Arizona head onto the field of battle against one another, it is always a dogfight not only for the teams, but also the fans.

Nothing will change tonight, as the 11th-ranked Arizona women's volleyball team travels to Tempe to take on the Sun Devils.

Since 1996, the Wildcats (6-4 overall, 1-1 Pacific 10 Conference) hold a 10-2 advantage against ASU, including winning the last five matches. [Read article]

Soccer heads to Midwest

Arizona soccer will try to end its two-game skid on the road as the team travels to Nashville, Tenn. and Kentucky for weekend games.

Arizona will have played five of its last six games on the road, after this weekend's games at Belmont University and the University of Kentucky öö two teams that UA has never faced before.

Belmont is 0-6-0 on the season and 0-1-0 in the Atlantic Sun Conference after losing 5-0 to Jacksonville on Sept. 22 at home. [Read article]
