Sophomore talks about sorority house life, love for friends and pop guitarist
WILDCAT: What sorority are you in?
ENGLER: Tri-Delt.
WILDCAT: Do you live in the house?
ENGLER: Yeah, for two years.
WILDCAT: Do you like it?
ENGLER: Yeah, I love living here.
WILDCAT: Really? A lot of people would have a problem living with 50 girls.
ENGLER: No, it's not a big problem at all. We all get along. I mean, we all have our moments, but we all get along.
WILDCAT: So, do you girls ever have girl nights and do each other's hair and all that stuff?
ENGLER: Yeah, we have fun ÷ you know, make-over beauty nights.
WILDCAT: On your beauty night, would you ever, say, put your hair in a mohawk?
ENGLER: No, never.
WILDCAT: Are you sure? What about in your sorority colors?
ENGLER: No, never. I'm not that crazy, sorry.
WILDCAT: What do you think about all your new members?
ENGLER: I love all our new girls. We went bowling last night, and they are so much fun. I love them.
WILDCAT: Have you ever done bumper bowling?
ENGLER: Yeah, it's the most fun, because then it doesn't go into the gutters.
WILDCAT: Yeah, because there are those bumpers ·
ENGLER: Yeah. They had this thing last night and it said, ÎWe already clean our gutters, but thanks anyway,' I was like, yeah, okay, thanks.
WILDCAT: Have you ever had the urge to slide down the alley?
ENGLER: Yes! You see it in the movies, and they just, like, float down.
WILDCAT: So, if you had to be stuck on a deserted island with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
ENGLER: Right now, it would probably be John Mayer.
