WILDCAT: So you and your husband own this place, how long have you been on campus?
SKILAS: Just two weeks.
WILDCAT: Well this is a pretty jumping place. I know a bunch of the guys at the Wildcat have a tally going as to how many gyros they eat.
SKILAS: Well, that's good.
WILDCAT: Now, you pronounce it "yee-ro," right?
SKILAS: Yes, "yee-ro."
WILDCAT: Do you get annoyed when people say "Can I have a Îjyro'?"
SKILAS: No, not really. I answer back and say "Would you like a Îyee-ro'" and they're like, "Oh, it's Îyee-ro.'"
WILDCAT: You should get all Soup Nazi-style and be like "No Îyee-ro' for you," if they pronounce it wrong. I think it would be extremely effective.
SKILAS: No.
WILDCAT: It would be funny, I'm telling you. Anyway, do you have a Greek background?
SKILAS: I was born and raised there; so was my husband.
WILDCAT: I imagine that people in Greece walk around feeding each other grapes and wearing togas, and it is so relaxed and beautiful.
SKILAS: Well, you've got it right.
WILDCAT: Nice. Well, then, I don't understand why you live in Arizona.
SKILAS: It's nice.
WILDCAT: If you had to swim in a vat of feta cheese or SPAM, which would you choose?
SKILAS: Feta cheese, because I've grown up on it. That's the way I was raised.
WILDCAT: Would you eat your way out of it?
SKILAS: Probably, but that's a lot of feta.
WILDCAT: Sometimes I think it smells like feet, though.
SKILAS: (Laughs) But it doesn't taste that way.
