Richard Threlkeld has worked as war correspondent for both CBS and ABC News, and is one of the most experienced combat correspondents in broadcast journalism. Tonight Threlkeld will speak on "9/11 to 11/5: From Terror to Today" at 7:30 p.m. in the Special Collections area of the Main Library.


William Boynton with give a lecture on "Results from Mars Odyssey" at 7:30 p.m. in the Steward Observatory. Following the talk, attendees will have the chance to view the night sky with the observatory's 21-inch telescope, weather permitting.


Judith Sebesta will take a look at women's roles in musical theatre from the days of Rodgers and Hammerstein until today in her lecture "Being a Girl In Musical Theatre" at 7:30 p.m. in the Marroney Theatre.
