A University Medical Center employee called UAPD for assistance with a potential stalker on Aug. 19, reports stated.
The employee, who had reported the supervisor to Human Resources in January, claims the supervisor may be behind a string of recent anonymous reports of criminal activity made to the police and Child Protective Services, about the employee and his family.
According to reports, in January the supervisor vowed to get revenge on the employee for reporting her to Human Resources for prior harassment.
The following month, a call was placed to CPS regarding a claim of potential neglect of the employee's child. The allegations were later proved false, reports stated.
In May, the employee's wife was named as a suspect in a crime involving attainment of false prescriptions, despite the fact that she did not match the description of the suspect.
The wife's name had been given to police by another anonymous source.
According to reports, the allegations again proved to be false.

While driving north on East 8th Avenue, the driver blew out the right front tire of his vehicle between West 24th and 25th streets. He continued to drive on East 8th Street, failing to stop at a stop sign, reports stated.
The vehicle finally came to a rest on West 27th Street where the driver tried to exit the car, stumbling head first onto the ground. As he tried to get up, the vehicle rolled backwards, knocking the driver back down with the open driver side door.
The vehicle continued to roll backwards until it hit the police car directly behind it.
The TPD officer restrained the driver and took over the investigation from there.
