Trick-or- treaters doing good by collecting canned goods for a local food bank
Wildcat: Hi, my name's Nathan and you're both On the Spot. So what's going on?
Dominiak: We're trick-or-treating for canned food for our service business fraternity.
Wildcat: Why are you dressed like an angel?
Rosenthal: ĪCause this is the costume I
wanted.
Wildcat: Oh, that's not even an angel. That's a butterfly. Are you a butterfly?
Rosenthal: A fairy or a butterfly or something like that.
Wildcat: You have butterfly wings · with a fuzzy halo.
Rosenthal: You know, going creative on Halloween a little.
Wildcat: Definitely. You could be like a · "faingel."
Rosenthal: Don't say that in the Wildcat. I don't want to sound stupid.
Wildcat: [Turning to Dominiak] Doctor? Are you actually in the college of nursing?
Dominiak: This is actually my roommate's. IĪm just posing in this for tonight. I'm actually a business major.
Wildcat: I see.
Rosenthal: We are trying to do good for the community.
Wildcat: So are you raising funds for anything? Are you collecting stuff in your backpack?
Rosenthal: Yeah. We're going around the neighborhood, collecting cans. They've been told already that we're coming to collect.
Dominiak: And then we're donating all the food to a local food bank.
Wildcat: So now that I know your plan, could I go around and collect food for myself?
Dominiak: Um ·
Rosenthal: That would be a very unethical thing to do.
Wildcat: It would. I was just asking.
Rosenthal: You don't look like you're a starving person.
Wildcat: What if I'm poor · and I have family members · What food bank?
Dominiak: I don't · [looks at Rosenthal] Do we know what food bank?
Rosenthal: We can get back to you on that.
Dominiak: We swear we're not keeping it for ourselves.
