Corn Maze

Get lost in Buckelew's 15th annual corn maze. The maze, which is shaped this year as the headless horseman, spans 11 acres in the middle of the desert west of Tucson. Maze navigators can monitor their progress at 12 checkpoints hidden throughout the maze. The estimated time for maze completion is at least two hours.

  • Time: 5 p.m. ÷ 10 p.m.
  • Location: Buckelew Farm, 17000 W. Ajo Way, one mile past Three Points, Ariz.

    "Don't Look Now"

    Catch a showing of the 1973 British film, which is an adaptation of a story by Daphne Du Maurier. The movie tells the story of John and Laura Baxter, played by Donald Sutherland and Julie Christie, a couple that encounters several menacing characters as they try to cope with their daughter's death.

    Fright Fest

    Check out musical and comedy shows designed for the whole family, but watch out for spooky surprises on the studio grounds.

    Scary Shorts

    Looking for a quick thrill? Look no further than the Association of Independent Video and Filmmakers Tucson's "Three Minute Thriller Contest." Scream and howl for your favorite frightening short film; the winning reel will be announced after the screening. Dress to scare.

    KRQ's Halloween Bash

    KRQ is hosting its sixth annual Halloween Costume Bash, where the club-goer with the most outrageous costume will win $1,000. Other prizes, including a Warlock Electric Guitar and a full-size Dreadnot Guitar, will also be awarded.

    "Playas & Angels"

    Nightmare on Congress
