Iguodala lights up McKale
Forward leads all scorers in Red-Blue scrimmage
With the offseason departure of last year's three senior leaders, the Arizona men's basketball team has been searching for someone to take over that role.
Forward Andre Iguodala made a definitive case for himself last night in McKale Center, leading the UA Blue squad to a 99-93 victory over the UA Red team during the team's annual Red-Blue intrasquad scrimmage.

Soccer: Greenwood laces up for final games
Road game against WSU will be senior's last in UA uniform
UA soccer may only have been graced with senior defender Lindsey Greenwood's presence for two seasons.
But as the saying goes, "Quality, not quantity" - and Greenwood is all quality.
The senior will play the last two Pacific 10 Conference games of her career this weekend at Washington and Washington State.
"She brings a very good leadership presence, both on and off the field," first-year head coach Dan Tobias said of Greenwood. "She has been someone that has been very dedicated to the team from the first day she came here, which made it easy for me when I got here, to be sure."

Volleyball plays host to No. 6 Bruins
The last time it played UCLA, the UA volleyball team needed a win to save the season.
Now, it hosts the Bruins in a quest to prolong its season.
Arizona (11-12, 5-7 Pacific 10 Conference) will look to once again defeat No. 6 UCLA (19-4, 10-3) tonight at 7 in McKale Center, and get one step closer to the Big Dance.
With a very tough match coming on Friday against undefeated Southern California, a win would mean the Wildcats would at least guarantee themselves nothing less than a split against the Los Angeles schools.

Icecats face tough East Coast trip
Today, the Arizona Icecats leave the friendly confines of the Tucson Convention Center Arena for the first time this young season to face a pair of highly regarded teams in need of wins.
No. 10 Arizona (3-0-1) plays at No. 14 Towson (7-4-1) tomorrow and at the 27th-ranked Naval Academy (3-9-0) Friday and Saturday.
Both the Tigers and Midshipmen are coming off losses - Towson to No. 1 Penn State and Navy to No. 8 Rhode Island.
