All of the warrants were for failing to appear in court because of suspended license violations, reports stated.

The man was booked into Pima County Jail for the warrants and was also charged with driving with a suspended license, reports stated.

When the officer told him it was illegal to drink alcohol in public, the man said, "I know."

The officer cited him for drinking in public and released him, reports stated.
