Police broke up a fight on the corner of North Tyndall Avenue and East University Boulevard late Tuesday night, reports stated.

An officer driving by the intersection saw several people in a circle yelling at each other. He called for additional officers and approached the group.

Most of the people scattered when they saw the officers' cars.

Two people said they had begun yelling while drinking at Fat Tuesday, 800 E. University Blvd. When they were asked to leave, they began pushing and shoving each other in front of the restaurant. One man hit the other in the chest, reports stated.

When police questioned the man who was hit, he said he was having chest pains and was having trouble breathing. He also had a cut above his eye, which he said happened after being struck by a bottle.

The man requested medical attention. When the Tucson Fire Department arrived, the man changed his mind, reports stated.

Neither of the men wanted to press charges.

A stereo, CDs and a bottle of perfume were stolen from a car Monday, reports stated.

A student parked her white Ford Ranger at 8:15 a.m. Monday morning in a parking lot located at 1370 E. Prince Road.

When she returned at 6:40 p.m. to pick up her car she saw that the passenger window was smashed in and her stereo missing. Her apartment complex key was also taken, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.

A student told police she feared for her life after receiving numerous phone calls from her father and stepmother, reports stated.

The student told police Monday that she has received more than 100 phone calls from the two in the past year.

The student wanted the report so that she could get a restraining order in the future, reports stated.

A student's CatCard was stolen Tuesday from Bear Down Gym, 1428 E. University Blvd., reports stated.

The student locked his CatCard in the men's locker room at 12:30 p.m. When he returned 45 minutes later, the card was gone.

A student called police after he found his bicycle frame locked to a rack, but missing both wheels, the handlebars and the seat, reports stated.

The student locked his BMX bike to a rack on the east side of the Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., at 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

When he went to unlock it at 10 a.m., he found his frame locked up, but nothing else, reports stated.

The items stolen were worth an estimated $150.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.

A student found her car stereo stolen from her truck after parking it in a lot at 848 N. Martin Ave., reports stated.

The student parked and locked her blue Ford Ranger at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.

When she returned at 4:41 p.m. later that day, she found the driver-side window smashed and her detachable face stereo removed. The faceplate normally located in the center console was also missing, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.

A student called police Monday after she found her books and a DVD stolen from her car, reports stated.

The student parked and locked her silver Honda coupe at 8 p.m. Sunday in a lot located at 151 N. Vine Ave.

When she returned at 10:16 p.m. the next evening, she found the driver-side window smashed in, reports stated.

When she looked through the car, she noticed that several books had been stolen from the back seat of the car. The books were worth $300.

Her "Matrix: Reloaded" DVD was also stolen, reports stated.

The car's title was stolen from the glove compartment and there were pry marks around the window frame.

Police were unable to take fingerprints because the student had entered the car.

Police found a stolen license plate attached to another person's car Monday, reports stated.

A student called police to report that somebody had taken her license plate and replaced it with another that read "Missajo," reports stated.

A student reported that license plate stolen on Nov. 10. Both cars were Dodge Intrepids.
