A UAPD officer stopped a car after he saw the passenger in the front seat unconscious on Sept. 3, reports stated.

The officer was driving on North Campus Drive when a car went by with a man whose hands were hanging out of the window. He appeared to be passed out.

The student then passed out on the curb. The officer called Tucson Fire Department to assist the man, reports stated.

When they revived him, the student said he drank one glass of alcohol and smoked some "weed." Then he told the officer that an unknown man had put a gun to his head and forced him to drink, reports stated.

TFD workers offered to take him to University Medical Center, but the student refused, reports stated.

When UAPD arrived, the man said a janitor had already cleaned the mess up.
