Police found two men detaining a man who they said tried to steal their car at East Speedway Boulevard and North Mountain Avenue at 6:28 p.m. on Monday, reports stated.

The man had attempted to carjack one of the men, saying he had a weapon, reports stated.

The man who owned the car suffered minor injuries. The suspect said he had a shoulder injury. He is being treated at El Dorado Hospital, reports stated.

The man who attempted the carjack was arrested. He will be booked into Pima County Jail on felony charges of kidnapping and armed robbery.

A police officer saw a man urinating behind a pickup truck at 1:22 a.m. Sunday at East First Street and North Martin Avenue, reports stated.

When the officer shined his spotlight on the man, he saw a stream coming from the man's groin area. The man had his hands in front of him, reports stated.

When the officer approached the man, he saw the ground was wet.

When asked if he was urinating, the man denied it and said he was just leaving, reports stated.

The officer said he saw the man taking a leak, reports stated.

The man said, "You're right I was taking a piss," reports stated.

The man was cited and released.

A man attempted to fight an employee of Yokohama Rice Bowl, 850 E. Speedway Blvd., after he was asked to leave the back parking lot on Feb. 2 at 5:17 p.m., reports stated.

The employee had previously warned the man to stay off the property. When he asked him again, the man became belligerent and walked toward the employee, reports stated.

The man attempted to hit the employee, but he dodged the blow. The employee then threw the man to the ground and may have hit him in the face, reports stated.

The man left the property and headed westbound on East Speedway Boulevard. Police were unable to find the man.

The employee did not wish to press charges, but wanted the incident documented so the man would no longer be allowed on the premises, reports stated.

An employee at the Arizona Health Sciences Library, 1501 N. Campbell Ave., called police Sunday around 10 a.m. because he felt threatened by a man who said, 'Fuck you," after he was asked to leave, reports stated.

The man had been asked to leave an area restricted to health students only.

The employee said others have kicked the man out on a regular basis, reports stated.

The employee wanted to press charges, but officers said they would need more information, reports stated.

Two windows were found broken at the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house, 1510 N. Vine Ave., sometime between 1 a.m. and noon on Sunday, reports stated.

The windows on the southwest corner of the second floor were last seen intact at 1 a.m. The broken windows were discovered at noon, reports stated.

The outside tinted layer of the double-paned windows were both broken, but the inside pane was undamaged.

The officer saw several fist-sized landscape rocks directly below the windows, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.

Police found a stolen vehicle at 1325 N. Warren Ave. on Saturday at 6:38 p.m., reports stated.

The vehicle was unoccupied and appeared drivable. The right front window was broken, reports stated.

Police called the registered owner of the car, who came and picked it up.

No fingerprints were found on the vehicle, and police have no suspects or witnesses.
