Someone broke into a student's Nissan Tuesday while it was parked in a Zone 1 lot, 421 N. Cherry Ave., reports stated.

When police arrived, they saw the driver-side window had been broken. The window frame and the dashboard were also damaged, reports stated.

The student's brown wallet was stolen from the Nissan. The wallet had a Visa debit card, a library card and a CatCard in it. The student told police someone had already used his debit card to buy $6 worth of gas at a 7-Eleven, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


Police discovered a student had a fake ID Tuesday morning after he was pulled over at North Euclid Avenue and East Mabel Street, reports stated.

The student was driving a GMC Yukon. He had a warrant from UAPD, and police found the fake ID while searching the student's car.

The student said he used the fake ID to go to clubs, reports stated.

The student was cited and released for having a fake ID.


A $120 red cruiser bike and a $250 Pioneer stereo were stolen from a Honda Civic Tuesday while it was parked in a Zone 1 lot, 1240 E. First St., reports stated.

When police arrived, they found the passenger-side window shattered and the window frame damaged.

The dashboard had also been ripped, the rearview mirror broken and the air conditioning controls ripped out, reports stated.

The owner of the Honda said her bike had been in her trunk.

Police have no suspects.


A laptop computer was stolen from the Campus Health Center, 1224 E. Lowell St., sometime between 5:45 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday, reports stated.

A UA employee said he had last seen the laptop at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, and when he returned around 9 a.m. Wednesday, it was gone.

There was no sign of forced entry, reports stated. The employee said he was sure he had locked the door.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


A license plate was stolen from a student's car Jan. 30, parked at the Arizona Health Sciences Center, 1501 N. Campbell Ave., reports stated.

The student said her license plate had been stolen sometime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., while she was in class.

The student said she had not reported the stolen license plate to UAPD because it was a California license plate, and she thought she had to report it to California police, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


An $800 light blue mountain bike with an oversized seat was stolen Wednesday from McClelland Hall, 1130 E. Helen St., reports stated.

The owner of the bike said she had locked the bike with a cable lock at 10 a.m., and when she returned at 7:30 p.m., the bike was gone.

Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.


A $750 gray laptop and a $100 pair of sunglasses were stolen from a room in Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St., reports stated.

Both residents of the room were out of town from Feb. 6 through Sunday, reports stated. The laptop and the sunglasses had been stolen while the students were gone.

Both students said they had locked the door to their room before leaving. There were no signs of forced entry, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


A $600 green mountain bike was stolen Wednesday from the BioSciences West building, 1041 E. Lowell St., reports stated.

The owner of the bike said he locked his bike with a cable lock around 8 a.m., and when he returned around 2 p.m., the bike was gone.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.
