A man who had previously been warned for trespassing was cited early Tuesday morning at the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., reports stated.
While patrolling near Wilbur's Underground, police were informed by a UA custodian that the man frequently panhandled in the area and had been warned for trespassing on Monday.
The custodian led police to the game room, where the man was found in the process of getting game tokens, reports stated.
The man told police someone had said it was OK to be there as long as he purchased something, reports stated.
The man was cited and released for disorderly conduct and flagged for trespassing.
A student was cited for underage drinking early Tuesday morning after police saw her walking near the corner of North Highland Avenue and East Mabel Street, reports stated.
Police noticed the student at 2:48 a.m. and observed she was having trouble walking and keeping her balance.
When police drove toward the student, she began running south on Highland, reports stated.
Police asked the student to come back, and as she approached, she staggered from left to right, reports stated.
Police reported a strong odor of intoxicants coming from the student's breath and noticed her eyes were watery and red.
The student told police that she knew the drinking age was 21 but drank anyway, reports stated.
The student was cited and given a ride home by police.
A student's Zone 1 parking permit was stolen from his vehicle sometime between Monday and Tuesday, reports stated.
At 9:45 p.m. Monday, the student left his vehicle in the parking lot located at 520 N. Euclid Ave., and when he returned Tuesday at 3:30 p.m., he noticed a parking ticket had been issued at 7:51 a.m., reports stated.
The student then noticed his parking permit was missing, reports stated.
The student was unsure whether or not his vehicle was locked at the time, reports stated.
There was no damage to the car and nothing else was reported missing.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
A $1,200 laptop computer was reported missing from a resident in the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, 1420 N. Vine Ave., reports stated.
The student left his room at 12:01 a.m. Monday and returned at 12:30 a.m. to discover his laptop missing, reports stated.
The student questioned other residents, but no one had seen the laptop, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses, reports stated.
Police found two bicycle tires Monday near McClelland Hall, 1130 E. Helen St., reports stated.
Around 12:30 p.m., police discovered a black front tire and rear tire near the bicycle racks located on the south side of McClelland Hall, reports stated.
Both tires were placed into property for safekeeping.
