A UA employee found a student's vehicle stuck in the mud at the UA Dairy Farm, 2130 E. Allen St., early Sunday morning.

The employee told police he noticed the car's headlights around 3 a.m.

The employee said around 4:30 a.m. a man approached him and asked where he was.

The employee said the man seemed very confused. The man had red, watery eyes and the employee said it seemed like the man had been drinking, reports stated.

The man asked the employee if the employee would help him get his car out of the mud.

When the employee told the man he couldn't help, the man walked away saying he needed to call someone for a ride, reports stated.

When police arrived, the car was locked and unoccupied.

The employee said the man could have entered the property through an open gate.

The employee said he did not want the car on the property.

The car was registered to a UA student. Police were unable to contact the student.

The student's car was towed, reports stated.


A student was cited for underage drinking early Saturday morning after police saw him pushing several fraternity members at Kappa Sigma Fraternity, 1443 E. First St., reports stated.

Police noticed the student shortly after midnight.

When police asked the student why he was pushing the fraternity members, the student said the fraternity members were pushing him out of the fraternity house so he was pushing them back, reports stated.

The student had bloodshot eyes and smelled like alcohol.

The student said he had drunk three beers at the fraternity.

The student was released, reports stated.


A student admitted to being underage and drinking early Saturday morning after police caught him urinating outside of the Park Student Union, 615 N. Park Ave., reports stated.

Police noticed the student around 12:30 a.m. It seemed like the student had been drinking and when police asked him if he had, the student said yes.

The student was cited and released, reports stated.


A student was cited for underage drinking early Saturday morning after police got a call about him chasing a girl and yelling at her at North Park Avenue and East Second Street, reports stated.

Police noticed the student with two other men around 3 a.m. and asked them if they had seen a man chasing a woman.

The student said he had been fighting with his girlfriend and said police were looking for him, reports stated.

Police noticed the student smelled like alcohol.

The student said he and his girlfriend had started fighting because she wanted to leave the fraternity party they were at.

The two men with the student said the student had not hit his girlfriend and had only yelled at her, reports stated.

The student's girlfriend said she did not want to press charges against the student.

Police told the student not to contact his girlfriend until the next day.

The student was released.


A student was cited for underage drinking and having a fake identification card early Saturday morning after someone saw the student asleep and holding a bottle of alcohol outside Pueblo de la Cienega Residence Hall, 621 N. Highland Ave., reports stated.

When police arrived around 4:30 a.m., the student was trying to get into the residence hall and had a driver's license in his mouth.

The student was holding a plastic bottle with green liquid in it and had vomit on him.

The student smelled like alcohol.

Police asked the student for his license and he pulled out his wallet.

Police told the student his license was in his mouth, and the student said he was going to get his real license out.

Police asked what was in the plastic bottle and the student said cheap vodka mixed with juice, reports stated.

The student said he got the vodka from a fraternity party.

Police took the student's fake ID and the student was released, reports stated.
