A student reported that she saw a man masturbating in his car Wednesday outside Sky View Apartments, 1050 E. Eighth St., reports stated.
The student said she looked outside her apartment window at 3:08 p.m. after she heard a car horn, reports stated.
The student saw a man in his early 20s with his genitals exposed in his car, reports stated.
The man was in the driver's seat and when he saw the woman watching him, he moved the seat back and attempted to conceal his genitals, reports stated.
The student said she turned around and heard the car leave, reports stated.
The student said she could not give a detailed description of the man, but described his car to police, reports stated.
When police were searching the area for the man, they received an anonymous complaint that matched the student's description of his car, reports stated.
The person who made the complaint told police a man was masturbating outside of Sky View Apartments around 3 p.m., reports stated.
Police have no suspects.
An employee reported that someone wrote graffiti in two restrooms in the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., Wednesday between 8:40 a.m. and 4 p.m., reports stated.
The graffiti was written in black marker on the walls and toilet seat and said, "fuck all bloods" and "mother fucker," reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
The Arizona Cancer Center, 1515 N. Campbell Ave., reported a suspicious call on Wednesday, reports stated.
An employee said a man called, gave his first name and said, "I'm doing animal inventory and noticed some animals missing. Can you tell me what kind of animals you keep there and I'll tell you which ones I'm missing," reports stated.
The employee told the man they don't keep any animals at the center and asked for his last name, reports stated.
The employee said the man sounded nervous and said "um, never mind, thanks, bye," reports stated.
Police believe the man called from another cancer research center, reports stated.
A man was arrested for outstanding warrants Thursday at the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., after complaints that he was bothering students, reports stated.
Police said the man had bothered students on Wednesday, and police warned him not to return to the union or he would be arrested for trespassing, reports stated.
Police did a record search on the man and found he had outstanding warrants from Marana, reports stated.
An employee said he wanted to press charges because he repeatedly asked the man to leave, reports stated.
The employee said the man has caused ongoing problems at the student union, reports stated.
Police said the man was cooperative but mentally unstable, reports stated.
The man was taken to Pima County Jail.
A man was arrested Thursday for driving under a suspended license, driving with an open alcohol container and having a fictitious license plate, reports stated.
Police did a routine license plate check while watching traffic near East Adams Street and East Elm Street, and found that the man's vehicle registration expired August 2004 but the car had a 2005 sticker, reports stated.
The man said he found the 2005 sticker on the ground, reports stated.
The man did not have identification with him, but told police his license was suspended, reports stated.
Police asked the man if he had anything in the car he was not supposed to have, and the man said he had an open 40 ounce beer, reports stated.
The man was cited and released on the scene.
A student's car was stolen sometime Jan. 21 from East Sixth Street and North Park Avenue, reports stated.
Police surveyed the area but found no evidence of broken glass, reports stated.
The student reported the parking permit that was in his car as stolen to Parking and Transportation Services, reports stated.
Police have no suspects or witnesses.
