Trio head up 19th ranked 'Cats

Break out the sunflower seeds and chalk up the basepaths.

It's baseball season.

The 2000 Wildcats will tap the dirt from their spikes and open up another season of Arizona baseball ranked 19th in the nation. And they do so with three of the country's top players.

The Wildcats enter the season boasting three members of the 1999 USA Baseball team.

Shelley Duncan, Ben Diggins and preseason All-American shortstop Keoni DeRenne all spent their summer in Tucson.
