University police arrested several wet students early Saturday morning on charges relating to suspicion of alcohol consumption, fake IDs and trespassing at a campus pool, reports stated.

Upon arrival at the Hillenbrand Aquatic Center, 1824 E. Enke St., officers saw four students fleeing the scene and getting into a car. Police escorted the students back to the aquatic facility. None of the students could produce IDs, but they identified themselves as Peter Forsberg, Anne-Marie Kellogg, Rajesh Kapur and Jenifer Rodenbush.

The students told officers that the gate to the pool was wide open. Officers checked the facility and found that there were no lights on, no employees at the facility, and all gates were shut and secured except the rear gate. The gate was shut but not locked. While talking with the students, police noticed an odor of intoxicants on all the students' breath, reports stated.

Police caught up with the two students who fled the scene, but no charges were filed, reports stated.

The male student who identified himself as Peter Forsberg fled the scene after officers told the group of students that they would be cited for trespassing, reports stated.

Police caught up with the male at East University Boulevard and North Campbell Avenue. The officer brought the male to the ground, cuffed and searched him. Police noticed an odor of intoxicants and found several forms of identification on the male with the name Sean Buxton. The student told police that his real name was Sean Buxton but he gave officers the name Peter Forsberg because it is the name of his favorite hockey player, reports stated.

While being escorted back to the aquatic facility he said "at least I got to jump off the high dive." He later asked an officer "have you ever jumped off the high dive?" reports stated.

Police searched the vehicle and found two fake IDs that belonged to Anne-Marie Kellogg and Jenifer Rodenbush. Kellogg and Rodenbush, both 19 and of the zero block of West University Boulevard, were arrested and released on suspicion of possession of a fictitious ID, minor in possession of alcohol and third degree criminal trespassing, reports stated.

Rajesh Kapur, 20, of the 1600 block of East First Street, was arrested and released on suspicion of trespassing in the third degree, reports stated.

Sean Buxton a.k.a. Peter Forsberg, 20, a California resident, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, false reporting to an officer, minor in possession of alcohol, and third degree criminal trespassing. He was transported to Pima County Jail, reports stated.

After attempting to pelt an officer with a milk crate a Tucson man was arrested at a night club early Saturday morning, reports stated.

Police responded to Bliss Deluxe Cafe & Bar, 800 E. University Blvd., after a fight broke out. As the officer approached the scene, he made eye contact with Hector Machedo, 21, of the 6800 block of South Sixth Avenue. Machedo then picked up a milk crate and hurled it at the officer, reports stated.

Officers grabbed Machedo's shoulders and brought him to the ground. They noticed a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. He told police that he did not know what he was doing, he was "just really stupid," reports stated. He also told officers, "I plead the fifth, it's safer that way."

Machedo was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault on a police officer, reports stated. He was released at the scene.

Officers saw five males sitting on benches on the north side of Coronado Residence Hall, 822 E. Fifth St. As they approached the males, police noticed a strong odor of intoxicants and saw several beer cans in an ash tray and in a garbage can near where the males were sitting.
