This tumultuous, seemingly for-lovers-only holiday can get pretty depressing, and Club Congress, 311 E. Congress St., wants to cater to that reality, and the sappy one too. Thus, they present the First Annual Valentine's Love and Heartbreak Festival both tonight and tomorrow. Six of Tucson's most illustrious bands will play love songs each night.
