English, creative writing senior has time for honors class and "Buffy," but shuns paper chain countdown
WILDCAT: What do you think is going to be your hardest class so far this semester?
O'NEILL: Probably, my honors seminar.
WILDCAT: Have you been in the honors program all four years?
O'NEILL: Yep.
WILDCAT: That's awesome. And you haven't tried to kill yourself yet?
O'NEILL: No. The classes really aren't that bad, or even different. I mean, you have, like, extra projects, but it's not as heinously hard as people seem to think.
WILDCAT: Are you counting down the days until you graduate?
O'NEILL: Um, kind of, but kind of not, because I'm not sure what I'm gonna do when I graduate.
WILDCAT: Do you remember in kindergarten, when they made you make those paper chains, and you took one off each day until Christmas?
O'NEILL: No, but we made one of those in my dorm my freshman year.
WILDCAT: How about making one to count down the number of days until you graduate?
O'NEILL: Probably not.
WILDCAT: What if I offered to help you make it? It could be the longest paper chain ever.
O'NEILL: If you really wanted to, I guess, but I honestly don't have a lot of free time to be making paper chains.
WILDCAT: Yeah, me either. It was just a thought. Maybe some other time. If someone were to make a movie of your life, who would you want to play you?
O'NEILL: Amber Benton.
WILDCAT: Oh yeah, who is she?
O'NEILL: She's an actress on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
WILDCAT: Do you like that show?
O'NEILL: Yeah.
WILDCAT: If you were a vampire, what weapon would you use to slay the slayer?
O'NEILL: I don't know. A really big ax.
