See student government in action and have your voice heard by dropping by today's ASUA Senate meeting at 5 p.m. in the Harvill building, Room 313.


Your own safety should always be a top priority. Learn simple and effective techniques for resisting a would-be assailant tonight with a 60 minute ASSAULTSAFE self-defense class at 7 in the Park Student Union, upper level. The class is free to UA students.


The Poetry center presents a reading from novelist Carole Maso as part of the Fall 2002 Visiting Poets and Writers Reading Series at 8 p.m. in the Modern Languages building auditorium. A reception will follow.
