Police arrested two male students on minor in possession charges after they were seen stumbling around at the North Highland Avenue and East First Street intersection on Sunday, reports stated.
An officer drove by and saw one of the males staggering and another fall while walking on the street at 12:26 a.m. When the officer spoke to the men, they both smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech, reports stated.
Both students admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the night and were cited with minor in possession charges and released, reports stated.
A male student getting off a bus in front of the Chi Omega sorority house, 1423 E. First St., was arrested for a minor in possession charge, reports stated.
The officer saw the man stagger off the bus at 12:45 a.m. The student had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath, reports stated.
The student admitted that he had been drinking at a date dash. He was cited on minor in possession charges and released, reports stated.
A man who allowed police to search his car Saturday evening was arrested on marijuana possession charges when officers found a 15-inch water pipe and a vial of a green leafy substance in the car, reports stated.
The man, a Pima Community College student, was seen in the Coronado Residence Hall parking lot, 822 E. Fifth St. Police noticed a large bulge and a wet spot on the front of his pants. When the officers asked him about the bulge, the man pulled out a bottle of Negro Modelo beer and a bottle of Pacifico beer, reports stated.
After disposing of the beer, officers asked if the student had any more alcohol in his car. The student said he did not and invited the officers to search his vehicle, reports stated.
Although the officers did not find any beer, they did find a water pipe and two glass pipes in the front seat of the car. All three pipes had residue in the bowls, reports stated.
The large water pipe was broken when police looked inside. The pipe portion was lying on the passenger seat and the rest of it was on the floor. The pipes were found in the center consul of the car, reports stated.
Officers also found a glass vial with a "green leafy substance" tucked inside in a pocket behind the driver-side seat. The man admitted that all of the paraphernalia and marijuana were his, reports stated.
The student also said he had been drinking with friends who lived in the residence hall, reports stated.
Police arrested the man on a minor in possession of alcohol charge, possession of marijuana charge and possession of narcotic paraphernalia charge, reports stated.
A burglar stole an estimated $5,900 worth of stereo equipment from a sport utility vehicle parked at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house, 1420 N. Vine Ave., early Saturday morning, reports stated.
The student parked his black 2000 GMC on the west side of the fraternity house at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday. Other residents of the house woke him up 30 minutes later to tell him that his car alarm was going off.
When he got to his car, he saw that somebody had broken his driver-side window, reports stated.
While investigating the window, he saw that his $2,000 Alpine navigation system and $1,300 Alpine flip-out
television had been removed from the dashboard.
Two MTX amplifiers were also stolen, as well as the
12-disc CD changer, reports stated.
Other stereo equipment had been stolen, including a $600 MTX subwoofer. The car's steering column was also cracked and there were pry marks on the driver-side
window frame, reports stated.
Police found dried blood on the driver-side seat and on the broken shards of glass from the window. Samples of the blood were taken and put into evidence, reports stated.
A student was arrested on a minor in possession charge after police saw him urinating in an alley on Saturday, reports stated.

7-Eleven, 1750 E. Speedway Blvd, at 11:40 p.m. The student apologized to the officer. He also admitted that he had been drinking earlier in the afternoon at his brother's house.
The student was cited and released, reports stated.
