Wake up, meek! Your inheritance has finally come in!
"Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth." - Matthew 5:5
Out of all the verses in the Bible, this is one of the most quoted. Its original meaning was, roughly, that those who struggle in life are truly fortunate because they will eventually become more virtuous through their toil.
But, unfortunately, the Bible doesn't go into what is supposed to happen after this occurs.

It's no secret that student relationships with community neighbors have frequently been strained. The Tucson community has long complained of the disregard with which students approach their shared neighborhoods, and not without reason.
Students move into residences surrounding the UA seeking cheap rent and freedom, often overlooking the schools, parks and people surrounding them. Students see a party house. Neighbors see a community.

Partisan Miers should withdraw nomination to Supreme Court
Harriet Miers should withdraw as the new Supreme Court nominee. American Bar Association Model Rules require that attorneys maintain the dignity of the profession and of the judiciary. Because of the court's controversial action elevating George W. Bush to the presidency in 2000, the court suffers from the stains of partisan politics, something which lifetime appointments and tradition are supposed to elevate it above.
