Question: Now that the Alumni Plaza is almost finished, do you think it was worth the wait and detour hassle?

Emily Marcus veterinary science sophomore

"I just wished they'd hurried the construction along. Especially having to walk all around the Admin building."
Fadi Naioom pre-pharmacy freshman
"I think it was totally worth it. I think it was worth the wait. I like it. It wasn't really a big deal. I don't see what was wrong with it. It wasn't getting in the way of anything. I mean, all you had to do was go around."
Nichole Rowey pre-pharmacy sophomore
"No. It was very inconvenient. I think that they should focus more on the students than the alumni, like how they always give the alumni all the basketball tickets and everything. They focus so much on them and they should really focus on the students that are here."
Chris Schultze computer engineering sophomore
"No. For a combination of things, really. I don't think it was necessary to get something like that done in the time it took to build it. The ends didn't justify the means."
Letty Villaseñor administrative associate for the Financial Aid Office
"From working in the administration office, I'm very happy it's over. Do I think it was a hassle? Not really. Especially since I had to come in and out of the building all of the time. I didn't have to go to the other avenues like the students did."

Chris Knapp criminal justice junior

"I guess that depends on how much it costs. Was there an increase in tuition for it? (Told 'no' and that it was built through donations, etc.) Yeah, I think it was worth the wait. I think it looks nice."
