An employee in the Arizona International College building, 1628 E. Helen St., was a victim of two anti-homosexual e-mails with no return address Friday morning, reports stated.

The employee told police at approximately 9 a.m. she received two anti-homosexual e-mails, reports stated.

She told police she is currently involved in a lesbian relationship, reports stated.

The employee told police she has never received any form of harassment and currently does not feel threatened, reports stated.

She told police she has no idea who sent the e-mails, reports stated.

The employee received the e-mails on her office computer and told police she would print the e-mails and provide them to the University of Arizona Police Department later, reports stated.

A student's Jeep was stolen while parked in a Zone 1 lot, 1151 N. Vine Ave., sometime Thursday, reports stated.

The student told police he parked his car in the lot at about 1:45 p.m. and when he returned at 11:20 p.m., his car was gone, reports stated.

The student showed police where the car had been parked and police did not find any glass or other evidence in the area, reports stated.

The student told police he had the only set of keys and he believed all of the doors were locked, reports stated.

There were no other anti-theft devices on the vehicle and police found no investigative leads, reports stated.

A student's car stereo was stolen, and police found two firearms in the car while parked in a UA lot at 1370 E. Prince Road, Thursday morning, reports stated.

Police responded to a call from Parking and Transportation Services who told police they had found the car with the rear driver-side window broken, reports stated.

The glass on the ground suggested the window was broken in that lot, reports stated.

Police opened the door and saw the stereo appeared to be missing because of the protruding wires coming from the dash, reports stated.

Police saw a case in the back, which appeared to be a firearm case. Police opened the case and found two rifles inside. They also found ammunition for the guns, reports stated.

Police contacted the student, who told police the damage was not there when he left his vehicle that morning, reports stated.

Police asked the student about the guns, and he said those were the only two guns in the car and he uses them for target practice, reports stated.

Police informed the student of the UA policy on weapons on campus, and he said he did not think the area he was parked in was on campus, reports stated.

Police told the student they took the guns and put them in property for safekeeping since the car could not be secured properly, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.

A man's iPod was stolen from the front desk of Skyview Apartments, 1050 E. Eighth St., Thursday night, reports stated.

The man told police he believed a resident took the iPod, reports stated.

He told police he placed his iPod on the counter when he came to work at 8 p.m., and when he looked for it at 8:20 p.m. it was missing, reports stated.

The man told police a resident came in and laid a magazine on the iPod and picked it up when he left, reports stated.

The man said there were several other residents in the office at that time period but did not feel they took it, reports stated.

The man told police he had never had any problems with the particular resident in the past, reports stated.

Police spoke with the resident and he told police he had not taken the iPod. Police searched the resident's apartment and did not find the iPod, reports stated.
