A man touched himself through his pants in front of a female student on the second floor of the UA Main Library, 1510 E. University Blvd., Monday afternoon, reports stated.

The student told police she was studying on the second floor of the library and a man, approximately 50 years old, approached her, reports stated.

She told police the man said, "Hi," and sat next to her even though there were many empty tables and chairs nearby, reports stated.

The student said the man then began "to rub himself with his hands on top of his pants," reports stated.

She said the man continued to rub himself for approximately 10 minutes, and the student said she looked up and made eye contact with the man who then said, "I'm falling asleep because of all the reading," reports stated.

The student told police the man got up and walked away, reports stated.

Police have no other suspects or witnesses.

A student was arrested for shoplifting from the UofA Bookstore, 1209 E. University Blvd., Sunday afternoon, reports stated.

The student was caught on a surveillance camera attempting to steal a page from a textbook in the lower half of the store, reports stated.

Store security detained the student and told police he saw him tear a page from a book and stuff it in the front of his pants, reports stated.

Security told police the store wanted to press charges, reports stated.

The student told police he had torn the page from the book for a class he was taking at the university, reports stated.

He said he was really sorry and he said he did not think it was a big deal, reports stated.

The student was cited and released and told not to return to the store, reports stated.

Two swastikas were drawn on the interior walls of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house, 1510 N. Vine Ave., sometime between Saturday and Sunday, reports stated.

A member of the fraternity told police he believed the swastikas were drawn on the wall during a date dash sometime Saturday night, reports stated.

He noticed the drawings on Sunday afternoon and had no idea who might have drawn them, reports stated.

Police saw the two hand-drawn swastikas on the walls in a stairwell inside the fraternity near the house's main entrance, reports stated.

The fraternity member told police the main entrance, which has a keypad lock, is kept secured and the other entrance had a deadbolt and only fraternity officers have the key, reports stated.

Police found no investigative leads and no suspects or witnesses.

Two rocks were thrown through the east side window of the Middle Eastern Studies building, 1219 N. Santa Rita Ave., sometime over the weekend, reports stated.

An employee told police that one rock was thrown through the upper part of the window and the other through the lower part, reports stated.

There was damage to the windows from the rocks as well as to the blinds on the inside of the window. The two rocks were found on the floor of the office, reports stated.

Police found no investigative leads and no suspects or witnesses.

Two men threatened to beat up a cashier in the Games Room in Wilbur's Underground in the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., Sunday afternoon, reports stated.

The employee told police he was working the cash register, and two men approached him to pay their bill for the use of a pool table, reports stated.

After he told the men how much they had to pay, they became angry. The two men began to verbally abuse the employee. After approximately one minute the men paid their bill, reports stated.

Just before leaving one of the men said, "Better hope we don't find you on the streets or we're going to kick your ass," reports stated.

When the men were at the door the same man said, "We're going to wait for you to get off work." Both men then left the area, reports stated.

The employee told police he did not feel threatened, but wanted the incident documented, reports stated.

Police searched the area for suspects but could not locate them, reports stated.

Police have no other suspects or witnesses.

A man's Dodge Ram was stolen from the parking lot of Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., sometime Monday, reports stated.

The man told police he parked his truck in the lot at 3 p.m., and when he returned to the lot at 8:15 p.m. his truck was missing, reports stated.

The man said his truck had a Texas sticker in the rear window and a W'04 sticker. The pickup also had a chrome toolbox in the bed, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.
