From a new student union, to the installation of water pipes, to the underground Integrated Learning Center, campus construction will ultimately benefit students in the future. But for the next couple of years, current students have to deal with endless amounts of chain-link fences and detour signs. So what is the biggest inconvenience about campus construction?

Jay Denatale, sophomore, marketing

"Over by Modern Languages, the bike path is really congested. I crashed my bike and got a boo-boo."

Chris Krapek, freshman, electrical engineering

"It is really inconvenient because it is tough to get to classes, especially when you have them one right after another."

Debbie Lee, sophomore, education

"I have always been late because I keep forgetting that the area by the ATMs is always closed."

Kristen Moore, freshman, industrial engineering

"Last night I was walking to the gym and I had to take a two-minute detour. I don't like it because this is a beautiful campus and it looks bad."

Kenny Verschelden, freshman, business

"If you're trying to come here there is nowhere to park. If I want to come have lunch at Fiddlee Fig, I have to park five miles away."
