· Registration cancellation: Unpaid course registrations will be subject to automatic cancellation; e-mail notification of tuition shortfall and cancellation of classes; to register for classes tuition and fees must be paid in advance
· Registration from zero units requires a late registration petition

· Change of schedule (drop/add) form processing resumes in the Curriculum & Registration Office (Administration Building, Room 210)
· Student health insurance: Last day to add, drop or change insurance for Fall 2002

· Instructorās signature indicating permission on change of schedule (drop/add) form is required to drop a class with a grade of ćWä; permission will not be granted if work to date is not passing.
