Wildcat: Aki, where are you from?
Kanagawa: Japan.
Wildcat: What part?
Kanagawa: Yokohama.
Wildcat: What is Yokohama like?
Kanagawa: It's a huge port city, like San Francisco.
Wildcat: So, what are you doing here in Tucson?
Kanagawa: I'm here to study.
Wildcat: What is your major?
Kanagawa: Theatre management
Wildcat: So are you going to be a big-time director or producer?
Kanagawa: Maybe one day.
Wildcat: So what's your impression of Tucson?
Kanagawa: It is a countryside.
Wildcat: What do you think of the weather?
Kanagawa: Verrrrry hot!
Wildcat: Too hot?
Kanagawa: Yes, I like to stay inside.
Wildcat: Have you found a place yet?
Kanagawa: Yeah, I need to find my apartment.
Wildcat: Yeah, that's probably a pretty important thing.
Kanagawa: Yes, very important.
Wildcat: Where are you staying now, a hotel?
Kanagawa: Yes, a hotel.
Wildcat: Did you know that about two years ago they ran out of dorm rooms and made students stay in hotels?
Kanagawa: (laughs) Really?
Wildcat: So, on to another subject, have you taken vacation this summer?
Kanagawa: No, working a lot, in Japan.
Wildcat: What did you do?
Kanagawa: I promoted products.
Wildcat: Wow, really? What is something you promoted?
Kanagawa: Toshiba.
Wildcat: What, like electronics?
Kanagawa: Yes.
