The woman said that she and the man had gotten in arguments in the past but that threats had never been made. The man did not make any threats this time either, reports stated.
The man was sent home for the remainder of his shift.

A Tucson man was arrested for aggressive driving and exhibition of speed on Sunday at 5:35 p.m., reports stated.
An off-duty UA officer was driving in his personal car on North First Avenue, when he observed a tan/gold GMC truck pass him at a high rate of speed. The officer proceeded to follow the truck while it continued southbound on North First Avenue, changing lanes without any signals and nearly hitting several other cars, reports stated.
The officer was able to determine that there were three people in the car, a Hispanic male, a younger Hispanic woman, and a small child. The truck was driving at speeds in excess of 60 mph, at one point passing vehicles by crossing over into oncoming traffic, reports stated.
The officer contacted the Tucson Police Department by dialing 911 to inform them of the driver. TPD said that they had no units available at the moment. At this point the officer hung up the phone and continued to follow the truck, turning on East Grant Road and then turning south onto North Stone Avenue, reports stated.
The vehicle continued to make unsafe lane changes, the driver was honking his horn and tailgating, and nearly struck two vehicles and two pedestrians that were attempting to get into their cars. At that moment the officer observed that the small child had turned around and did not appear to be buckled into his seat. It was then that he decided to initiate a traffic stop, reports stated.
The officer pulled up to the passenger side of the truck and stuck his badge out the window, yelling for the driver to pull his vehicle over. The driver pulled over at North Stone Avenue and East 14th Street. The officer told UAPD dispatch to send a cruiser to that location, reports stated.
The officer asked the man why he had been driving so carelessly and the man said, "I don't know." The officer then asked the man if he was in an emergency and the man said he wasn't, reports stated. The man was arrested and taken to the Pima County jail.
