A juvenile from Davis Elementary School was found playing computer games at the Integrated Learning Center, 1500 E. University Blvd., Monday around noon after his mom told police the juvenile was skipping school, reports stated.

When police arrived, the boy told them he was playing a game he had downloaded from the Internet. The boy then told police he had not gone to school because he thought it was spring break at his school, reports stated.

The boy's mom told police the boy often skipped school to play on the computers at the ILC.

The boy was arrested for truancy.

A man was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after police caught him trying to steal bikes Sunday night from Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall, 910 E. Fifth St., reports stated.

Police stopped when they heard a loud snap and recognized it as the sound of a U-lock being cut, reports stated.

Police saw the man bending over the bike rack. They also saw a green bike lying on the sidewalk next to the man, reports stated.

The man told police he was waiting for a friend.

A records check showed the man had six Pima County warrants and often carried Mace, reports stated.

The man was arrested for theft and searched. Police found several tools in the man's backpack, including saw blades and bike parts.

Police also found a syringe and white powder believed to be crystal methamphetamine in a Barbie purse the man had been carrying.

The man was booked into Pima County Jail on all charges, reports stated.

A student received several harassing phone calls from a woman between Feb. 1 and Sunday, reports stated.

The student told police the woman would call and say she was going to kick the student's ass.

The woman told the student she had seen the student's number on her caller ID and didn't want the student calling anymore, reports stated.

The student told police she had never called the woman and didn't know what the woman was talking about.

The student said she knew the woman because she had dated the woman's brother a few years ago.

The student said she was afraid the woman would show up at her apartment.

Police were unable to contact the woman, reports stated.

A student tried to steal orange plastic fencing early Saturday morning from a Zone 1 parking lot, 421 N. Cherry Ave., reports stated.

An off-duty officer saw the student running with the fencing rolled up under his arm and detained the student.

When police arrived, the student told them he didn't know why he had taken the fencing.

The student then told police he had planned on using the fencing to block off his backyard, reports stated.

The student said although he had joked with friends about taking the fencing, he was the only one who had participated in stealing it.

Police asked the student to go back and replace the fence, which he did, reports stated.

The student was referred to the Dean of Students Office for theft.

A student received threatening phone calls from her ex-husband Monday afternoon, reports stated.

The student told police she had married the man two years ago after being coerced into it and had eloped with the man without her parents knowing about it.

The man left the student after he gained his residency card, reports stated.

The student said she had filed divorce papers and sent them to the man. The man had called her after receiving the papers, reports stated.

The man told the student he knew where she lived and would be coming for her. The man then told the student he would throw acid on her if she disrespected him, reports stated.

Police gave the student information about filing an order of protection.

A man was warned Friday for camping on UA property at the Science and Engineering Library, 744 N. Highland Ave., reports stated.

Police had seen the man walking a small dog around campus. At the time, campus was closed for spring break.

Police saw the man approach a blue car, which contained all of his belongings, reports stated.

Police had seen the car parked there for several days, reports stated.

The man told police he was not a UA student, but was planning on entering medical school soon.

The man was asked to leave and warned not to trespass on UA property, reports stated.
