A lithograph poster reading "Tell Your Mommy About This Commie" was stolen from the Kachina Room in the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., sometime over the weekend, reports stated.

The graduate student on duty in the Union Gallery said she last saw the poster on Thursday at 1 p.m. and discovered it missing on Monday at 9 a.m., reports stated.

The poster was red and yellow and made up the bottom left corner of a multi-part art piece hanging on the south wall of the room. The piece is insured at $50 by the union, reports stated.

The graduate student said the room is normally left open during normal business hours for the union and that anyone has access to the room, reports stated.

None of the other posters was missing or damaged, reports stated.

The graduate student on duty said she would try to contact some of the other union employees to get a better time frame of when the piece disappeared, reports stated.

The owner of the piece was contacted by the graduate student about the incident, as was the curator, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.

The men were cited and released for trespassing and theft under $250, reports stated.

A man was arrested for trespassing when he was found sleeping, Saturday at 11:42 p.m., near the second-floor information center in the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., reports stated.

The man appeared to be drunk and replied, "Do you fuck at 4 o'clock?" and fell back asleep, reports stated

Officers woke the man and asked him why he didn't leave when asked. The man said, "Because I wanted a nap," reports stated.

Police told the man to leave and that if he returned to the union or any of its breezeways, he would be arrested for trespassing, reports stated.

Police watched the man leave the union, but he turned around and re-entered it. Police arrested the man, reports stated.

Police disposed of the man's backpack because it and the clothes inside were soiled with food and other unknown fluids, reports stated.
