Whether they're stone-washed, dark, light, short or long, jeans are America's good ol' standby wardrobe item. They come shaped as pants, skirts and overalls, and once you break in your favorite ones, it's tough to choose any other item to wear.

Ladies, dress them up with heels or down with flip-flops. Guys, add a nice belt and dress shirt (not tightly tucked in, please!), and you're ready for a night on the town.

Cut, patched, 100-percent cotton or a little stretchy, any way you wear them, jeans will always fly!

Jason Davis

She has had these jeans since seventh grade and is proud to say they still fit!

Brittany Kugler
Undeclared freshman

She doesn't have to wear short shorts to get the cut-off look. She got these jeans from Abercrombie and Fitch, already perfectly chopped off at the ankle.
