All the world really is a stage for theatre arts senior; living, performing seem one and the same
Wildcat: Hi my name is Nathan.
Kennedy: Marisa.
Wildcat: And you're On Broadway's Future Spot. I created this category specifically for you guys.
Kennedy: Oh, cool.
Wildcat: How do you think the show ("Metamorphoses") went today? You looked good in your leather outfit.
Kennedy: Oh, thank you. It was a fun one. It was different having an audience. You know, you have to figure out when they're going to laugh. They laugh at different places than you think, and you have to adjust your reaction time to that.
Wildcat: You know, you have curly hair · it's, like, noticeable. You should meet my news editor. She has really curly hair too. It's really unique. You guys should meet ÷ you could be friends and stuff.
Kennedy: Sweet. She should come see the show.
Wildcat: Do you believe life is a stage?
Kennedy: Life is a stage? For me it is. I think for me life's definitely a stage. I always feel like I'm performing. But at the same time I feel like I'm living too. So I guess for me it's kind of intermingled.
Wildcat: That must be an awesome experience. Do you really go through life · do you act like different people in different classes?
Kennedy: I think everyone does.
Wildcat: Sure. I agree with you.
Kennedy: I'm different around different people, but I'm still me at the same time. Everything always changes, but I think there's something that remains constant.
Wildcat: What do you like to change the most about yourself?
Kennedy: I don't know. I guess I like to manipulate · I guess, chameleon-like. I think I just like to change my environment, in that the outside forces change me inside, you know?
Wildcat: Wow. Forces.
Kennedy: What forces?
Wildcat: No ÷ "Wow. Forces." Like Star Wars?
Kennedy: Oh yeah. Like different energy around me. I react different ways to it, so that way outside forces are changing me, and I'm not, like, trying to change. And it kind of just inevitably happens.
