American Wedding

The cast of the hilariously funny "American Pie" movies has teamed up once again, but this time for a very special occasion. Jim (Jason Biggs) has put the historic apple pie scene behind him and is headed down the aisle to marry his favorite band geek, Michelle (Alyson Hannigan).

Fan favorite Stifler (Seann William Scott) reappears as an East Great Falls High bus driver and football coach whose goal is to give Jim the best bachelor party ever and to score with Michelle's virgin younger sister, Cadence (January Jones).

However, few members of the usual gang are back. There are no appearances by Vicky (Tara Reid), Nadia (Shannon Elizabeth), Oz (Chris Klein) or Heather (Mena Suvari). But everyone's favorite M.I.L.F., Stifler's mom, does make a cameo for the likes of Finch (Eddie Kaye Thomas).

Obviously the people that said, "The third time's a charm," didn't see this flick.

Don't get me wrong; it's entertaining. You'll laugh at the perverted adolescent jokes. However, many may ask themselves, "What is so thrilling about a college graduate eating dog poop?" You are definitely in for a laugh, but you won't walk away having learned anything.

Seabiscuit

Who would have thought that a small horse with a big jockey could ever become an American legend? The story of Seabiscuit, based on the best-selling book by Laura Hillenbrand, has hit the big screen in a big way.

This true story deals with the lives of Seabiscuit owner Charles Howard, trainer Tom Smith and jockey Red Pollard and their struggle to make Seabiscuit a world-class athlete. Based in the late 1930s, this flick describes what it was like to live during the Depression and how the sport of horse racing became a national pastime. The lives of these three men unfold on the big screen, showing the passion they felt for the horse no one wanted.

Even if you're not into horses, this flick will keep you glued to your seat and make you race to buy the story of the champion who overcame many handicaps to become a legend.
