A bulletin board on the fourth floor of the Modern Languages building, 1423 E. University Blvd., was partially pulled from a wall sometime before April 17, reports stated.

When police arrived, a UA employee told them he noticed around 8 a.m. on April 17 that the bulletin board was damaged.

Police found a gym bag with its contents strewn about next to the bulletin board, reports stated.

The employee told police the breakers had been thrown off the night before and that he suspected students had been partying in the hallway.

Police saw the damage to a motorcycle in the area. The seat and the clutch cable had both been slashed, reports stated.

Police found a bag on a trash can Saturday morning in the Modern Languages building that had several items in it belonging to someone not allowed in the building, reports stated.

Items in the bag included two video cassettes, clothing, scissors, CDs and a "Pocket Pal" that had a name on it.

When police ran the name, they discovered it belonged to a man who was not a student and who had been previously warned for trespassing in the building, reports stated.

Police contacted the man, who said he forgot the bag while helping a friend in the computer labs. The man told police he knew he should not have been in the building, but had only been in there for a short while.

Police warned the man he could be arrested if he returned to the building, reports stated.

A student's keys were stolen Friday from the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, 1745 E. Second St., reports stated.

Police arrested a man sleeping in the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., Saturday night after learning the man had an active warrant, reports stated.

An employee told police he had asked the man to leave the building, but the man had refused, reports stated.

Police discovered the man had an outstanding warrant from the Tucson Police Department.

The man was transported and booked into Pima County Jail, reports stated.
