ASUA Academic Affairs Directors Kim Bui and Cassi Sonn created an online message board where students can post questions regarding issues such as academic advising.

Students can post questions, feedback, comments and ideas about academic advising, general education classes, class availability and course/teacher evaluations.

There is also a general message board students can access that Associated Students of the University of Arizona staff will continuously supervise. Advisers and administrations will also have access to the all the boards.

"We have been looking for a way to establish communication among the students themselves and exploring the possibility of giving students a direct communication line to advisors, administrators and faculty," Bui said.

To access the online message boards students can go to asua.com.proboards3.com/

The ASUA Senate approved the Appropriations Board consent agenda of $2665.19 at last night's meeting.

The Buffy and Angel Media Group requested and received $600 to attend the third annual international academic conference specifically devoted to the television series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel." The conference is from May 28-30 in Nashville, Tenn.

The Buffy and Angel Media Group was created to discuss the art and entertainment of the work of Joss Whedon.

The Student Foundation of the University of Arizona received $150 in initial funding to help promote their club during orientation and other events.

The foundation also requested $4882.68 in special funding but only received $1915.19 to further help them promote the organization during orientation. Funded items included color brochures, fans with logos, postcards and graphic design fees.

The Student Foundation's purpose is to promote unity and encourage a community of giving through opportunities of involvement, scholarship, tradition and fund raising for the UA.

The Student Health Advisory Council will be out on the UA Mall tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for their annual stress relief fair.

There will be free chair massages and tons of giveaways.
