Softball sweeps series against Sun Devils
The No. 2 Arizona softball team began its pursuit of a seventh Pacific 10 Conference title last weekend with a two-game sweep of No. 6 Arizona State in Tempe.
The Wildcats (33-4, 2-0 Pac-10) wasted no time yesterday in wrapping up the second win of the series with a score of 10-1. Back-to-back homers by sophomore Leneah Manuma and senior Jennie Finch highlighted a first-inning surge that put UA up to stay at 4-0.

Take Back the Night marches to make Tucson streets safer
While rocking her 4-year-old daughter to sleep, Kathy Hennings, a victim of domestic violence, looked down to see that she had fingerprint bruises on her arms and her daughter had a black eye.
She knew it was time to get herself and her children out of their home before they became as violent as their father.

Baseball drops second Pac-10 series to Beavers
A road series that looked promising for the Arizona baseball team after a 13-9 victory over Oregon State on Thursday deteriorated into its second straight series loss when the team posted a total of one run in the second and third games of the series on Friday and Saturday.
The Wildcats (21-13, 2-4 Pacific 10 Conference) managed just three hits Saturday in a 5-0 loss, UA's fourth shutout defeat of the season.

On April 1, we students will have to start paying to use the printers at the CCIT labs.
